Q: I’ve never worked out before, will I be able to “keep up” or be able to participate in classes?
A: Of course! We will meet you where you are, no matter if today is day one for you, or you have been training for your entire life! Everyone can train here, and strength training is for everyone. We are training human movement patterns, aka movements we do in our everyday life, and every single exercise is scalable to you!

Q: Can I train in classes and do personal training?
A: Absolutely. You can join our classes for 1, 2 or 3 days, and a personal training session once or twice a week for yourself or a small group of your friends/family/training partners!

Q: I have a friend/partner/family member that I want to train with, do you offer personal training for multiple people at once?
A: Yes! Semi Private Strength Training is the majority of my day, with groups of 2-4 people in private training sessions. You can choose once or twice a week together, and we also offer written programming,
if you are looking to do an additional day or two per week of training.

Q: I want a written program, do you have pre-written programs, or custom?
A: Both! I have created several programs that are pre-written 8, 10, and 12 week programs. You could choose a push/pull/legs split, a full body split, an upper/lower split, or a cross-training split of cardio and strength. Custom Programs are written as 8 or 12 weeks long, and you will get a one-hour kickoff call with me to learn your goals, equipment access, and all about you/your training background.

Q: What is Semi-Private Strength Class?
A: Semi-Private Strength Class is a small group class, offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The class is offered at 5:15, 6:15 and 8:15am. The focus of the class is full body strength training. It will be 45 minutes and comprise of the barbell lifts, dumbbell, kettlebell, cable machine, bodyweight and strength training machinery (leg press, machine chest press, hip thrust machine, leg curl/leg extension, etc.). It is for all levels, and will include a warmup, a full body workout, time in the class to focus on your choice of muscle group, and a finisher. All of our training will be progressive, measurable and intelligent, with a focus on growth and safety.

Q: What is Sunday Strength and Conditioning?
A: Sunday S&C is a great chance to get in some “metcon” style training, try some new lifts, and sweat! The class is 45 minutes, and will be a bigger class compared to the semi-private strength class, capped at 14. You will see some of the cardio you may know and love (you know you do!) like med ball slams, dumbbell and kettlebell power moves, battle ropes, and burpees. The class is open to all, ages 16 and up.
